Le Pupille

Le Pupille is the result of Elisabetta’s great love for Syrah and Clara’s strong desire to realize her dream of producing a great wine by personally dedicating herself to the various stages of the entire project. This wine expresses a dualism due to the presence of grapes from two different source vineyards, two different vinifications, as well as two different generations: mother and daughter who lead the winery together.
