The customer of Fattoria Le Pupille S.A., who acts as a Consumer, is given the right to withdraw from the contract, as required by the Consumer Code. It should be noted that this right is reserved only to natural persons, i.e. private consumers acting for purposes outside their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons acting, with reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer who has made a purchase must email their desire to withdraw from the purchase to info@fattorialepupille.it within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products sent by Fattoria Le Pupille.

Once the communication has been received, the Fattoria Le Pupille S.A. customer service will promptly contact the customer, informing them of how to return the purchased goods. Upon receipt of the instructions, the customer must promptly ship the goods, taking care to carefully pack them, where possible by inserting them in an external box avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and accessories, including any gifts received.

The shipping costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as required by law, are the responsibility of the customer: it is, therefore, advisable to insure the products during shipment with the chosen courier. In case of damage during transportation when returning the goods, Fattoria Le Pupille will notify the Customer within five working days of receipt of the goods, allowing them to file a complaint with the courier used for the transportation. Damaged goods will be made available for return, and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled at the same time.

After receipt of the goods in the warehouse, Fattoria Le Pupille S.A. will check they are complete and/or check for any defects that were the cause of the return. In the event of any damage that does not compromise the use of the product or tampering with the original packaging (not due to the transportation) or if the packaging itself is missing, Fattoria Le Pupille S.A. will retain a percentage equal to a maximum of 20% of the value of the asset, attributable to repair costs.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage, Fattoria Le Pupille S.A. will reimburse the entire amount of the purchased goods within 30 days, excluding transport costs, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal is totally void in the event that the products are returned:

  • damaged (for reasons other than transport)
  • incomplete, i.e. missing parts, accessories, boxes, etc.
