Deep yellow with golden and shiny hints. On the nose it shows ripe white peach, mango and flint. In the mouth the wine is rich, creamy and persistent. Only 1,200 bottles produced.

After contributing to make Poggio Argentato’s blend very interesting, Elisabetta Geppetti wanted to experience a pure Petit Manseng wine, a variety grown on Maremma’s hills but which recalls the expression of its land of origin – Gascony.

Profile: Intense yellow colour with glossy golden reflections; it shows stone fruit aromas of nectarine and white peach, with dusty notes of flint. The mouthfeel is rich, creamy and with a persistence that can go on for minutes.
Pairing: Excellent with 30 months Parmigiano Reggiano, guinea fowl roasted in orange juice or linguine with lobster sauce.
